Full Deposit will be charged if the booking is canceled within 3 days of arrival.

Cancellations made prior to 3 days of arrival will not incur charges.

Terms & Conditions

Each property at Oceancovelodge Hotel has its own specific policies. By making a reservation, guests agree to comply with the terms outlined below:

• Prices and Taxes: All prices listed are in local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Rates may vary during holidays or special events.
• Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out: Full payment is required at check-in unless prepayment is specified. Check-in requires a valid ID and credit/debit card for incidentals.
• Traveling with Minors: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Extra bedding may incur additional charges.
• Accessibility or Special Needs: Inform the hotel of any accessibility requirements prior to arrival. Reasonable accommodations will be made where possible.
• Parking: On-site parking is available. Charges may apply depending on vehicle type and duration.
• Hotel Events: The hotel reserves the right to restrict certain areas during private events.
• Dispute Resolution / Issues: Report disputes to the front desk immediately. The hotel will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.
• Use of Personal Information: Guest data is used solely for reservation and service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• Liability: The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless negligence is proven. Use of in-room safes is recommended.
• Force Majeure: The hotel is not liable for failures due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters or strikes.
• Third Party Rights: Services by third-party vendors are subject to their respective terms.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any policy does not constitute a waiver of rights.
• Severance: If any part of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Check-in: 03:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Late Check-out: Available until 02:00 PM. A 50% charge of the room night rate applies.
